Our menu reflects Chef/Restaurateur David Wilhelm’s interpretation of the coastal cuisines of Southern California, Hawaii, and Mexico. It also features creative takes on traditional classics along with some of his favorite comfort foods. Throughout the year our menu and daily specials will change frequently to take advantage of seasonal offerings. All our food is prepared with the highest quality ingredients and adheres to the principles of sustainable, properly harvest seafood and humanely raised poultry and livestock.
